Dutch Delft polychrome plate with lively polychrome decoration of a central vase on a stand filled with flowers flanked by two little insects.
Very ornate border with alternating cartouches with similar flower vases and foliate scrolls.
Mark WK: Willem Jacobsz. van der Kool, owner of De Drie Porceleyne Flessies, 1702-1716
and Widdow Van der Kool-Schrevelius, owner of De Drie Porceleyne Flessies, 1717-1745
Fair condition: regular chipping and some usual wear to the rim, on larger restored chip on top and a hairline.
