Antique Dutch Delft -Blue and White ‘Tea Tree’ or ‘Tree of life’ plate -18th century, Witte Starre, Cornelis Brouwer, 1724-1738

Dutch Delft dish by Cornelis Brouwer of the De Witte Starre workshop, painted in cobalt blue monochrome enamel with the “Theeboom” or “Tea Plant” pattern. The central decoration features a dense floral bouquet, framed by a border of lambrequins and scrolling foliate motifs. The scallop-molded rim and underside are accented with a band of stylized ornament near the edge.

Marked with a star and CB; Cornelis Brouwer, De Witte Ster, 1724-1738

Good condition, with minor wear consistent with age.
