Delftware Blue Beer Jug – 18th century

Dutch Delftware beer jug, 18th century. This tin-glazed earthenware jug is painted all around in underglaze blue with a floral motif, featuring stylized flower buds and foliage.
With later pewter lid and foot rim.
Good antique condition: Slight wear to the rim and handle, consistent with age. The foot rim is most likely applied to cover up a large chip, which is still visible from the underside.
